Dust Pan is a 4-year old menace. Surrendered to the shelter due to poor relationships with his four chihuahua roommates, Dust Pan is the most chihuahua-like cat on the planet. A literal ankle-biter who talks nonstop, this intense fella is secretly a lover who's slowly learning how to act like a real cat (or at least chill like one).
