Status: Adoptable in Seattle

Pecan Turtle is a tiny 3-year old black cat at NEKO Seattle who has the widest-set eyes and the most turtle-like behaviors. She’s an expert hider. Between her foster home and NEKO, she spent a couple weeks preferring to live in a cubby with her whole body tucked safely under a blanket. Now, Pecan Turtle is coming out of her shell! She’s still unsure about pets, but she LOVES to play. She loves chasing a wand toy and adorably entertains herself, too! Turtle been loving the other kitties and she’s no stranger to a cuddle puddle. She seems to have a thing for the grey-and-white boys, who are lovely in tolerating her adoration!

Pecan Turtle and her funny little face are adoptable meow! She’d love to live with cat savvy folks who are cool with her taking her time to warm up, and she’d thrive with other cats who could show her how to be a house cat!
