A Message to Our Customers About COVID-19

A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT COVID-19

Dear Customers,

As you are aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a big topic of concern in WA state. Local health authorities are encouraging vigilance in reducing additional transmission within our community and beyond.

The good news is that as an animal care facility, we are already vigilant in preventing the spread of infectious disease. Many of the disinfecting agents and cleaning protocols we already have in place give us a leg up on preventing transmission of COVID-19. We have also implemented additional sanitation measures to protect our customers, staff and cats. 

As per the local recommendation, we kindly ask that if you are showing any signs of sickness (coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fever) that you don’t enter the cat room.
